The adjustment is not in that box. That box is the MCOR which is not serviceable (although some have been successful in rebuilding it) More than likely the MCOR is bad or the bushings on the pedal group need replaced or the spline inside the MCOR (where the rod goes in) is worn and gives too much play in the pedal.

Diagram of the gas pedal / throttle linkage assembly?
While under the cart, I found that the gas pedal has 4 zip ties holding the throttle cable to the end of the gas pedal. There is a little half moon shaped bracket which appears to be missing the 'other half' (hence the zip ties.) ... Electric Club Car: All times are GMT -5. The time now is 06:55 PM.
