Pilcure Mbts Accelerators & Pilcure Zmbt Accelerators
Pilcure ZDBC as a primary accelerator is very active above 70°C in NR latex compounds and thus is faster than ZDMC or ZDEC as far as latex compounding is concerned. However; in dry rubber compounds, Pilcure ZDBC is a slower accelerator as compared to ZDMC / ZDEC at equal dosage due to its higher molecular weight.

The critical cure temperature of Pilcure ZMBT is approx. 120°C and dry rubber / latex based compounds are vulcanized quickly at 125°C.The state of cure developed by Pilcure ZMBT is slightly lower than Pilcure MBT; however, scorch safety is much higher and hence can be used in place of MBT for scorch control.
